The NBS story began in 2016 when Jacob and Jonathan decided to flip a tow‑behind camper trailer on Craigslist. The profits were used to flip more trailers, then houses, and eventually acquire rental portfolios. That momentum led to the launch of NBS Real Estate, which has since grown into a vertically integrated firm with over $100 million in assets under management. Today, NBS specializes in single-family residential development and value-add multifamily projects, applying the same practical, hands-on approach that defined their early success.

With NBS Ventures, the team is now taking on outside capital to accelerate growth, expand into new markets, and scale a repeatable model for infill development in underserved communities.
